The last night something weird occurred. All the lights stopped work from my Google home, I open de vta app and figured out the lights stopped work there as well. I figured out that the server was down because my home configuration didn't appear nor weather and other data. At the morning it was working again and the weather and home data appeared again. So it means if your server is down I can't use my lights? What the hell! I won't never buy a device of this brand anymore.

I bought and installed the camera, finally got it connected with phone app, and purchased cloud storage. The cloud storage stopped working and I cannot get ANYONE to respond for technical support. Horrible product unless you just want a nonfunctioning camera.

It suddenly stopped working with Alexa skills. Out of the blue it simply won't sync and it doesn't work with voice commands. Tried unlinking and linking again has just been imposible!!! Really frustrating. I don't recommend these products at all!!!
